Developer: Ready villas start from 18.9 million THB, roughly half a million dollars. Off-plan options begin at 17.9 million THB. For many buyers this saving is significant, plus they enjoy choosing tiles, wall colors and other design elements.


What happens after the villa is handed over? Is there maintenance or rental support?

Developer: Absolutely. We offer full after-sales service: garden care, pool maintenance, and help with everyday issues. Additionally, for owners planning to rent out the villa, we have a rental management program covering marketing, guest check-ins, and reporting — so the owner earns income without the hassle.


What are the timeframes and payment schedule?

Developer: If you choose a ready-built villa, the entire purchase process to key handover takes around one to two months. For off-plan purchases, the standard scheme applies: 2% upon reservation, 28% upon signing the contract, 60% during construction, and the remaining 10% at final handover.

Developer: Rawai is one of the most comfortable parts of Phuket for permanent living. Nai Harn and Rawai beaches are nearby, plus international schools, supermarkets, hospitals and everything needed for everyday life. Unlike busy Patong, here there’s calm, greenery and a pleasant atmosphere.
