Fugitive Indian terrorist caught in Pattaya

PATTAYA: Police and military officers have captured a fugitive Indian terrorist hiding out in Pattaya wanted after he escaped 10 years ago from a jail where he was doing time for a 1995 bombing in India that killed 18 people, including the head of Punjab state.
