Booze-and-coyote-free Songkran party organised for Phuket Town

PHUKET: The Tourism Authority of Thailand and government bodies have thrown their support behind a “No L” alcohol-free Songkran celebration at Limelight Avenue, on Dibuk Rd opposite Queen Sirikit Park.
